jaw, chin?
A knockout is caused by trauma to the body, or more easily to the brain, that causes the body to shut down. There is no special place to hit. Its the connection you make during the strike, the amount of force , and the angle / aim of the strike. The more force put into a strike especially to the head, the better chance of a knockout.
